Numbered Visitor Cards:

The system now supports using pre printed, bespoke chipped visitor cards.

Visitors are unable to sign in without being provided with a numbered visitor badge/lanyard. This ensures additional security, removes the requirement to print expensive badges and ensures visitors cannot sign in without the knowledge and checking of reception staff. 

Numbers are easily seen from a distance meaning that visitors can be checked/identified on site without needing to read small text on printed badges.

Many schools operate by providing visitors with different colour lanyards dependant upon whether a DBS number has been provided or should be supervised at all times.
